What happens next

This form creates an application only. Nothing is agreed, no garments are accepted and no portal login is issued until a staff member reviews the application, agrees the terms and invites you.

For business applicants.

Up to 3 photos in JPEG, PNG or WebP, 5 MB each and 15 MB together. Large photos are reduced automatically before they are sent. A shop front or a few representative pieces help us judge the collection — you can also send more later.

1. Review

The lending team checks the application and may ask for photos or a viewing.

2. Agreement

Approved garments are recorded under a versioned written agreement with the sharing terms.

3. Portal invitation

You receive a single-use invitation to activate a lender portal account — never a public sign-up.
